Web Design Account Executive

Logo Design Guru is one of the largest, web-based providers of logo, web design, print and graphic design services for small businesses.  We are a rapidly expanding international company that has increased our revenues by 50% each year over the past 2 years. We have a tight knit, hard working small office atmosphere based in Langhorne, PA just 35 minutes north of Philadelphia in Bucks County, PA.  This position will focus on selling basic brochure style web designs, some simple e-commerce sites, hosting, web maintenance and SEO to our current customer base and to prospects outside of our network of sites.

This position is responsible for initiating sales calls with current logo and web customers, finding web clients, writing proposals, closing deals, submitting projects in to our system, collecting payment, following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and upselling clients on additional opportunities. The Web Design AE will coordinate with the digital services manager on pricing, capability, delivery and deadlines to ensure that we can provide what is sold.

Responsibilities will include meeting stringent sales objectives, assisting with the account management process, ensuring we deliver our product in a timely fashion, conducting themselves in a professional manner at all times, coordinating with design operations, entering and updating customer data, and establishing lasting relationships with clients. The candidate should be able to effectively communicate the packages and process of our services. 

Traits we are looking for include: Initiative, problem solver, hard working, detail oriented, friendly, customer focused, reliable, honest, diplomatic, assertive, responsible, professional, deadline oriented, organized. Strong written, verbal and typing skills are required. This sales position is 90% phone/10% in person.

Previous web design sales experience is a big plus, although not required if the individual is web/tech savvy. Candidates must have 1+ years of sales experience. Proven success required. College Grads welcome to apply IF they are mature, hard working, tech savvy and are interested in selling. We are hiring the first qualified person immediately.

Salary range: $25,000 - $30,000 plus commissions ($15,000 to $24,000 EASILY in commissions).
