Our Logo Process

Ordering a logo from Logo Design Guru is an easy five-step process. Simply follow the steps outlined below and we will design an original logo that represents your company- Satisfaction Guaranteed!

Step 1: Choose Package/Complete Creative Brief

1. Review the logo design packages we offer and choose the package that fits you best. Click here for a detailed description on our packages (If you require consultation, please don’t hesitate to call us Toll Free at 877-525-LOGO (5646) x801, (M-F 9a-5:30P EST.)
   
   
2. Once you have selected a logo design package, please click the Order Now button.
   
   
3. You will be redirected to our secure order page to provide us with the following:
   
   
   a. Company and Contact Information
   b. Secure payment information
   c. Creative brief for your logo design requirements
   
   
4. After you complete your order (either online or via the phone) you will receive 2 confirmation emails (1 receipt, 1 confirmation email with ID and password and design process). Please save and print both of these emails.
   
   
5. If you have not completed your logo design creative brief, you can log in to your customer panel and complete your brief, upload photos/sketches or provide additional information that may help our designers. Feel free to review our portfolio to provide us with designs that fit your tastes.

1. Your first draft of logo samples will arrive within the time frame specified in the package you ordered (usually 3-5 business days, or next day if you ordered the expedited package for only $100 more).
   
   
2. The number of logo concepts our designers create for you will be dependent on the logo design package you ordered (between 1 and 10). You will be provided with a login via email so you can review and critique your first draft.
   
   
3. Review the designs and choose 1 or 2 concepts that appeal to you and provide us with any changes you’d like to see. You may combine concepts, or make changes to such aspects as color, layout, graphic, font and the text.
   
   
4. If you do not receive your first draft of logos in the designated time frame, or you need logo consultation, please call us immediately (877-626-LOGO x802) or email us at support@logodesignguru.com.

1. Your next draft of logos will come within 1-4 business days, depending on which package you chose, complexity of the design, and if you opted for our expedited service. You will most likely receive between 2 and 6 new concepts in your next revision. If you do not like your logo, do not panic! It is a creative process and we are dedicated to getting you the logo that you desire. You can provide feedback on this set of concepts based on color, layout, graphic changes, font and text changes.
   
   
2. Our design team will fine tune the logo based on your recommendations and what looks professional.
   
   
3. C. Special Note: Our Executive, Elite, Guru and Superior packages have unlimited revisions. Our 99'er and Basic package have a limited number of revisions.

1. Once you have reviewed the 3rd draft, if all changes meet your expectations you will check the “Finalize Logo” box. If you require any additional changes, please specify in the “revisions” box and we’ll continue to work until you are satisfied.

1. After you “finalize” your logo in the customer panel, we will send you an e-mail (and a CD-Rom with the Executive Package, Elite Package, Guru Package and Superior Package ) with various graphic formats of your logo within 24 hours (PDF, AI, EPS, JPG, GIF and more).
   
   
2. Logo Design Guru releases the rights to you so that you may trademark your design. We do request the right to utilize your logo design in our portfolio unless you notify us otherwise.
   
   
3. After your logo is completed, we will begin designing your stationery, brochure, website, flash logo or any other design that you have purchased.
